AYURVEDA TREATMENT
Ayurveda is a natural medicine which dates back more than 5000 years, the chief purpose of which is to harmonise body energy.
All us living beings have three doshas (vata, pitha, kapha), which are composed of five elements: earth, water, fire air and ether.
Through the techniques you can see below, harmonisation is achieved through the elimination of toxins from the body.
Abhyanga:
An Indian traditional massage, using medicinal oils. With this massage, large quantities of oils are used which help us to harmonise the doshas (vata, pita, kapha) aggravated in the body. Depending on each topology, different oils will be used.
Kalari:
A traditional Indian massage carried out solely with the feet. It is a technique in which we can deepen the energising circulation, as it is a rejuvenating, invigorating massage. This is carried out solely with the feet, which can't be compared to those from any other known technique.
Synchronised massage:
A traditional Indian massage in which two therapists work together at the same time. It is a type of massage in which the recipient can enjoy the amazing sensation of what four hands are able to offer.
Patra pinda sweda:
This technique involves the use of medicinal herb pouches, which allow us to reduce tension and pains through the properties of the herbs themselves. This technique is designed for people suffering from chronic rheumatic pain.
Pizhichil:
This technique relies on the use of a large quantity of heated oil, which is gently drizzled over the body, and spread by means of pieces of cotton wool. This comes recommended for problems related to the nervous system, as well as rheumatic problems.
