Shirodhara

A flow of lukewarm sesame oil, is applied to a point on the forehead, between the eyes, often known like the third eye.The shiro-dhara stimulates the segregation of serotonin and melotonin producing the relaxation of muscles and a fantastic feeling of deep relaxation and inner peace.

This treatment stimulates hair follicles and tissues to promote the breakdown of deep seated fat while detoxifying and nourishing the body tissues. Finely ground ayurvedic herbs are mixed with precious ayurvedic oils and are gently massaged into the skin, using special massage techniques.

Pizhichil

Highly recommended for treating conditions such as nervous weakness, paralysis, sexual weakness, high blood pressure and also promoting body rejuvenation. This sought- after treatment utilize lukewarm ayurvedic oil infused in herbs which is applied rythimically to the body, followed by a gentle massage.

This treatment induces perspiration by the application of small medical bags, which are frequently warmed in a milk infusion.

Recommended for treating rheumatic diseases, muscular weakness, sleeping disorders, high blood pressure, and is gently rejuvenating.

Pinda´s treatment

In this treatment a cotton small bag filled with medicinal plants and essential oils are used.The aim is to produce internal warmth in order to eliminate toxins.The herbs and oils are indicated for the treatment of numerous ailments such as rheumathis, or arthritis.
